2. If you ask me to send out first that's totally fine, but please provide enough proof on your side
3. it's not my fault if the mail gets lost or damaged during shipping, i'm sorry. we can find another solution
4.i send out trough my mom, you will only get a sending reciept and a proof picture
5. i pack with sleeve and toploader, i expect you to do the same.
